Home Renovations: Winston Hills Subfloor Retaining Walls

This home renovation project in Winston Hills stopped water and dirt from entering the garage, under the house.

The owners of this property had been suffering for years with ground water seepage and large sections of unretained dirt falling into their garage under their house.

This project involved an engineer designed concrete slab and reinforced block retaining walls, we also added in subsoil drainage and pits during the works and connected these to the existing stormwater system so the water can be captured and removed without flowing through the garage anymore.
