This Government Renovation Project required the entire roof structure of the building to be replaced due to severe termite damage.

Our works included top plate & tie down replacement, new H2 Pine trusses, new Treated Pine timber fascia, new fibre cement eave & gable linings, new fibre cement ceiling sheets with treated timber trims internally.
