Home Renovation: Flame Zone Deck Northmead

The owners had to replace their old failing timber deck. Due to the location of the property, their new deck had to meet with the Bush Fire Flame zone construction requirements.

This home renovation project in Northmead required a new deck that had to be engineer designed using structural steel posts, beams and stairs, Hardie Deck decking boards and finished off with an aluminium and glass handrail.
